Jagged Kaleidoscope

I've been working on my fractals, but I've been lackluster in my posts.  I'm remedying that by sharing one I created yesterday.

I continue to discover random and varied formulas within my fractals program - it's definitely a fun learning and discovery process.  I feel like I'm evolving with my fractals.

This one is called Jagged Kaleidoscope.  I love the way the colors fell on this image.

A Couple Products

I ended up creating a few really neat products.  Actually, it was sort of unexpected but here are some of my favorites:

Here's another that I really liked:

Sometimes things are just pleasing to the eye.  I actually like the way "Color Focus" lays-out on these products.  Yes!

Color Focus

I've already shared this image, but I wanted to let you know that I'm working on a new product for my Zazzle store.  I'm using my "Color Focus" image.

It's one I made a couple of weeks ago.

I'll post some products when I've finished creating them, but here's the image I'm working with:

Blue Clover

I seriously love the infinite combinations and images you can make with fractals.  Every day, I try something new and every time I do, I come up with an image that is completely different than the one I created before it.

This one is "simpler" than some of the others I've created.  It has primarily three colors: green, blue and black.  I thought the lower right corner looked like a blue clover, hence the name.

The process was fun - I'm trying to zoom waaay out and then test some different filters in my computer program.

This was the result of some recent explorations:

Cut and Wave

This reddish design is something created from the use of three or four filters I hadn't tried before.

It's so fun how just a few tweaks of this and that allow you to create something completely different than other fractals I've created.  I love that - the possibilities are endless.

It took me awhile to settle on a color scheme, but when I did, I really liked the contrast of the reds, greens and blues.  I also like how the filter "cut" the fractal into compartments.

I didn't make this image symmetrical, but I definitely like how it seems pretty balanced.  However, there still are oddities that happen in each quadrant, which is what helps to make this image interesting.
Another one that I'll eventually put in the store.
